Who is this course for?
You may be able to jump a few feet off the ground but sometimes feel out-of-control or uncomfortable. With this course you can learn to leave the ground with confidence and control, while learning techniques to stay safer. This course teaches the foundation for boosting. It is recommended you have access to one or more small to medium jumps, and (if possible) a few rollers or pump track.
